Booking information

All prices are stated per person, per day (unless otherwise stated) including half board and all Hotel Madeleine all-inclusive services. A current local tax of € 3.50 per person/night (for guests aged 14 and over) is payable on top.

We accept the following means of payment: Cash, EC cards and credit cards (Visa, Maestro).

If you wish to depart early, before 8am, we will gladly prepare you a packed lunch. Please let us know by 2pm the day before.

Check-in: From 4pm
On the day of arrival, you’re welcome to partake in our skiers' afternoon snack (drinks are charged on top) from 3:30 to 5:00pm at no extra charge.

In case of departure before 07:00 we will be happy to prepare a packed lunch for you. Please let us know by 18:00 the day before at the latest.

No pets are permitted at Hotel Madeleine.

The General Terms and Conditions for the Austrian Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply to all reservations.

Reservations are not considered confirmed until a €600 peak-season deposit (off-season: €400) per room has been received.

The deposit is also considered part of the cancellation fee. To avoid cancellation fees, please take out travel cancellation insurance.

Down to 3 months before arrival: No cancellation fees.

From 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 30% of the total booking price.

From 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total booking price.

For cancellations received less than 1 week before arrival, and for late arrivals, early departures and no-shows: 100% of the total booking price will be charged.

No discount can be granted for meals not consumed. All information and prices are provided without a guarantee. The General Terms and Conditions for the Austrian Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) shall apply. To save inconvenience, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, such as is provided by Europäische Reiseversicherung.

Covid-19-related cancellations: Free and immediate cancellations will be granted for Covid-19 for upcoming trips in the event of the announcement of a travel warning for Tyrol or the district of Imst.

You may have to cancel your well-earned holiday or be forced to return home early. In such cases, we recommend you take out travel cancellation insurance. More information is available here.

Hotel Madeleine is a non-smoking hotel. You are welcome to smoke outside the hotel building or on your balcony.

With two full-paying guests in the room, the following discounts apply from the third person onwards:

0-3 years: 80% reduction
4-8 years: 60% reduction
9-13 years: 40% discount
From 14 years: 20% discount

All regular guests who have stayed at Hotel Madeleine at least 5 times previously receive a 5% regular guest discount on the half-board price.
