Reservations are valid and fixed only after we have received a down payment of € 450,– per room. The down payment is also part of the cancellation fee (exception: you have taken out travel insurance including a cancellation clause).

BIC RZTIAT22324When a reservation is made (contract of accommodation) the General terms and conditions for the hotel industry (AGBH 2006) are applicableand agreed upon.
In case of early departure, the entire reserved period of accommodations is invoiced (exception: you have travel insurance with early departure clause). For meals not taken, no price reduction can be made.
We accept as payment all freely convertible currencies, Maestrocard, Mastercard and Visa. For reservations for less than 5 days, we charge a 10% Short-Stay supplement. Pets are not permitted.
We assume no liability for information and prices. This price list renders all previous prices invalid. Subject to alterations, typing mistakes and other errors. The rooms are available as of 4:00 PM at the latest. Check out 10:00 AM.
